Chihuly Glass at Denver Botanic Gardens
While in Denver, CO yesterday we decided to visit the Chihuly Glass Exhibit at the Denver Botanic Gardens. The weather took a sudden chill in Denver yesterday with temps in the 30's and 40's as a front moved in, this is what it looked like in the drizzling cold.

Colorado Grand cars at Independence Pass, Colorado
I'm in Colorado this week and was traveling from Aspen to Colorado Springs yesterday via Independence Pass, as I arrived at the 12,095 ft. elevation summit I spotted these two classics parked on the other side of the road.
These are just two of about 130 cars taking part in this year's Colorado Grand, I ran into a few more later in the day in Salida, CO but I'll post those when I have a faster connection.

The Definition of Overkill...
The definition of overkill: Flickr photo of the day...
A few days ago I posted this pic on Flickr's Motoramic Group, since Yahoo owns Flickr they pick photos from this group to use in the Yahoo Autos section. Here's the link to their post yesterday on this one, read the comments, some are hilarious, and most viewers missed the fact that the wheelie bar is in an up position rather than locked down for racing. This is from 2007 and if I remember correctly was a High School project.
