The Definition of Overkill...
The definition of overkill: Flickr photo of the day...
A few days ago I posted this pic on Flickr's Motoramic Group, since Yahoo owns Flickr they pick photos from this group to use in the Yahoo Autos section. Here's the link to their post yesterday on this one, read the comments, some are hilarious, and most viewers missed the fact that the wheelie bar is in an up position rather than locked down for racing. This is from 2007 and if I remember correctly was a High School project.

Hot Rod's Feb 2010 Cover Car: Packard Straight 8 Rat Rod
The latest issue of Hot Rod features this supercharged Packard flathead straight 8 Rat Rod on the cover.
I first saw this car in the parking lot of a Salt Lake car show back in May 2008. I always wander the parking lot before leaving a show just to see what might be there. This one obviously caught my eye! Here's what I shot that day and a few You Tube videos I found on it, enjoy...
